I lost my recovery code

I can still log in to the CryptoJager application

If you lost your recovery code, but can still log in to the CryptoJager application, you can simply regenerate a new recovery code from within the application:

1. Log in to the application
2. In the main menu, select Settings, then New recovery code
3. Follow the steps on the screen.

Please make sure you keep the recovery code safe; without it, you might not be able to recover your data. We recommend printing the file (this functionality is provided within the application) and keeping it somewhere save, for example in a safe.

I can’t log in to the CryptoJager application

If you forgot your email address or password, and lost your recovery code, your data is lost. We can’t access your exchange data, and cannot recover it. Please contact support to reset your account. You’ll be able to re-add our exchange API keys after doing so.
